The story so far . . .
The idea of the circuit was the brainchild of Harry Reynolds. It was Harry’s vision to create a traffic free, safe environment where the club could build its next generation of champions under the guidance of a group of fully qualified British Cycling coaches belonging to the Solihull CC. Today, there are 6 such qualified coach’s in the club, ably supported by 2 qualified welfare officers and a large number of enthusiastic supporters.

Proposed layout of the circuit
The circuit is approx 850metres long, 5metres wide with a 6metres finishing straight down the middle of the top. The profile of the circuit is labelled as ‘testing’ as Tudor Grange Park slopes away towards the Norman Green Athletics centre.
The circuit is now complete and a full program of training / coaching will be rolled out over the summer/autumn of 2008 ready for the 2009 cycling year. |

This is a coached session with a rotation of club coach's delivering the session. This is the same format as the Thursday night sessions that we've had through this summer.
Start October 25th and continues until Sat 28th Feb 2009 inclusive..
Ability group 1 (novices and go-ride)
For the evening group riding, poor weather will undoubtedly play a part as we go into winter so if it's bad, and you get there and no-one else is there then you know why. There won't be a club coach necessarily on the session and there will be no warning signs put out.
